Parent Involvement

The involvement of parent volunteers is essential for the prosperity of Durham Girls' Choir.

Parents are encouraged to volunteer as board members, chaperones, and are always welcome to help with planning for concerts and special events.

For more than 50 years, Durham Girl’s Choir has been steered by a consistently changing team of volunteers. This stewardship approach allows us to maintain cost-effective yearly membership fees, ensuring accessibility for as many singers as possible.

Volunteering with the choir provides many great opportunities to get involved, and help guide our choristers to success.
