Evey year senior choristers attend a startup Camp. This weekend provides choristers
with a chance to make some new friends and be reacquainted with old ones. While we
visit, there is staff on hand to cook for us, lifeguard for us, provide us with a Saturday
evening campfire activity, run activities in our free time and ensure our safety among
other things. Three – four parent volunteers go along to chaperone.
The accommodations are cabins that sleep ten. There is a dining hall where we
rehearse and eat; ample washroom facilities and we have the use of the old dining
hall when needed. The cost covers all accommodations, meals, staffing
at the camp and transportation.
