The highlights of our fall semester camp weekend. Here, our Senior Choir have the
opportunity to make new friends and reacquaint with old ones. The intensive rehearsal
periods are balanced by fun activities such as canoeing, campfires, archery, rope
climbing and early morning ‘polar bear’ swims! We are well-looked after by camp staff,
who cook for us, plan some free-time activities, join in on our Saturday evening campfire
and ensure for a safe and enjoyable weekend. Three to four parent volunteers go along
to chaperone. The girls get a further chance to bond in their comfortable cabins, which
sleep 10. There is a dining hall where we rehearse and eat; ample washroom facilities
and space for sectional rehearsal. All this is nestled in the beautiful setting of rural
Ontario, with the leaves just starting to turn and the air crisp. Camp costs cover
all accommodation, meals, staffing and transportation.
